The internal social team at SmileDirectClub needed a communication piece that could provide influencers guidance on the content they create to ensure it’s delivered to specification and on-brand.
Working with the team, we developed an empowering brand toolkit and project resource to empower content creators with clear visual direction as well as parameters on program deliverables. It featured how-to’s, content examples, the project timeline, the SDC brand story, and product information to name a few.
This booklet served to create more effective content by bridging communication gaps and by effect, maximizing influencer partnerships. The result was in further monetizing impact and increasing brand engagement.
